when you seek to approach the God whose peerless holiness and
forgiveness
are the immutable standards of his people."
A little something to think about as those of us who desperately want to see God move. It is a call to examine ourselves and ask if we really want revival for the church. I pray this will help bring about some of the conviction that the church needs.
Thanks for posting this. A good and timely reminder for a pastor like me who's been on the job about 1 year. Easy to go from wide-eyed to crosseyed and never actually care for the actual people I'm called to.

Thanks for the comment. I thought I was the only guy who read this thing. Don't think to harshly of me about the Pink Floyd blog, I have been meaning to take it down and redo it. As for Hannah, technically I am her brother-in-law. I am actually driving to see Jim tomorrow after I preach. Take my brother and read that Carson book. Good stuff.
